There's no such thing as having a 'good' life, just a life you are either happy with or one you're not. People only know the 'you' they see and not the 'you' they feel, if they saw more with their hearts and minds then maybe they would see beyond this misconception that your life is perfect because they THINK it's better than their own. You are young and will look back and laugh but until then you are going to shed a lot of tears....just keep looking down that endless tunnel because there IS an end to it somewhere, you just have to find it. don't respond, i try to tell myself, just let bygones be bygones and idiots, well... be idiots. but, i just want to say that i what i wrote was not intended to be mean-spirited, the humor apparently was lost on most, not a big surprise either - rather what i said was meant to be counter-discursive, and yes, i think my responding to the brouhaha even though i knew neither of the two combatants was entirelly appropriate, just as you replying to me, even though you do not know me, is entirelly appropriate and warranted. this is an online community, we are all active participants, constructors of this little experiment, and when someone harangues someone (lex doing that to that girl) over something so trivial and trying to rally public support behind themselves, then i feel like it is not only appropriate but my responsiblity to be a counter-voice, one of reason, popping the inflated egos of whoever needs a good popping to get it done. it was a relevent discussion to what exactly constitutes proper online behaviour on a high-profile site, and so, i merely flipped my two cents in, participated in the discussion and said what i thought, hoping that it would instill in some people how overdramatic they were being about something so silly. and yeah, i don't know if this needs a disclaimer for you to comprehend, but this too is not mean. this is discourse, baby! that is the point, what i am trying to say, that is only simply discourse.
